There’s nothing to fix or change, nothing to add nor subtract. Just – rest. as. you. are.
In this class we will go through an aligned sequence, starting off with yin yoga (held poses with the focus on stretching and unwinding) – moving into restorative yoga (longer held poses with minimum stimulation to calm down the nervous system) – ending with the practice of yoga nidra (resting as awareness).
This class is great to deliberately give your body and mind time to consciously rest and integrate the experiences within the festival.
